We will constantly work together to evaluate your needs, choose focus areas and decide upon priorities. I am not afraid to recommend solutions, but we always evaluate the direction of travel and the success of the expected outcomes.
When I first work with a new company, I am keen to get to know what makes the business tick. We start by identifying any concerns, disconnections or issues identified in a team. I can do this using specialist software and applications (see Partners), as well as really listening to feedback and insights from a range of staff members. I use data to identify problems and space for improvement.
The usual groan at the thought of team building activities will not be heard when you work with 3C’s. I offer activities that put people out of their comfort zones, but in a way that makes them feel empowered, engaged and confident. I am an advocate of running sessions outside. Being in nature is powerful and enables learning about each other in really different ways.
Following the team building activity or series, we will get incredible insights from having been through this experience together. Expect to see new shared connections and more inspiring conversations. We use the activity experience to build a more cohesive team, where barriers have been broken down, vulnerabilities exposed, and strengths uncovered.
The Discovery Session and data gathered is always revealing, however, it is at this stage that priorities and areas to work on in the future now truly come into clear view. There will be a united commitment to new ways of working and trying innovative ideas.
If a particular area is identified where a team needs support, I can run specialist sessions, such as Problem-Solving Workshops. With any barriers now firmly broken down, it is incredible how areas which once seemed unsolvable or difficult to approach are now comfortably discussed. Innovative ideas thrive. All team members will feel safe with new habits engrained around open communication.
This step is an important part of the 3C’s way of working. It’s a chance to reflect, evaluate and identify where the focus should be next – based on what is best for your business. Furthermore, this retrospective allows a moment to check what we have already done with the associated impact that, importantly, should inform what we do next.

Much of my success is evident when I work with a team on a regular basis. As a familiar visitor, I become a trusted advisor. However, as an ‘outsider’ with extensive experience across many different businesses and organisations, I can provide unique insights. Working together consistently is really powerful, as I can become a trusted, ‘safe-place’, extension to the team, but still an impartial member, away from day-to-day politics.
